Protective Mother Janet Delfuoco lost custody of her son to her abusive ex due to false allegations of mental instability and despite evidence of bank fraud.
Protective Mother Janet states: “My boyfriend told me he couldn’t have kids, but then I got pregnant anyway and I felt morally obligated to marry him. During the marriage it became clear that he was cheating on me and eventually the marriage fell apart. We had 2 sons at this point. I kept custody. He moved in with his girlfriend, but he cheated on her too and she kicked him out.
I tried to help save my ex from homelessness because I am a good person and I wanted to co-parent with my ex-husband and for our sons to have a stable situation. He lured me in to getting a home equity loan to buy a trailer and finagled the paperwork of the bank loan. He falsified the loan by claiming he still owned the house that was now mine and that he still lived in it, while in fact he had not lived in it for 5 years.
He ended up not paying the interest on the loan and I struggled paying for it because I also had back surgeries. My bank started foreclosing and I had to wrap the mortgage and the equity loan in to a new loan with another bank that I could not afford. The stress caused me to have a verbal altercation with my oldest son. My ex then went to Court and made false allegations against me about child abuse and mental instability. Judge David Lefrancois then gave my ex full custody of our oldest son and my ex taught him to reject me. I still have custody of our youngest son who he was not able to brainwash.
Judge Weaver granted my ex a restraining order against me as well. As a result I haven’t had any contact with my oldest son since 2013. Both my sons have no more contact with each other either. Even the senator and the reps in my state of New Hampshire advocate for me, but they cannot achieve change either. I am making my case public to raise awareness about court and bank corruption and maternal deprivation.”
