Protective Mother Bethany states: “My marriage fell apart because my ex was drinking, doing drugs and he was cheating on me. Also, all our money went to his addictions so there was none left to take care of our child and I was pregnant with our second child.
I left and had our second baby. I got full custody of the kids. My ex told the Judge he didn’t want visitation but the Judge ordered it anyway. He didn’t stick to it and only showed up some of the times. Then my ex got involved with another woman and disappeared for a while: later I found out they had a child together. During another court case the Judge got annoyed with my ex’s lack of interest in our kids and enforced the visitation.
Then my ex found out he had a child with another woman from the past, so he now had 4 kids. He filed for a reduction in child support for our kids. The Judge lowered it but not enough to satisfy my ex and that is when he started fighting for full custody. It was 2013. Our sons were 11 and 12 at this point and had not seen their father much at all.
However, during an ex-parte hearing that I didn’t even know about, my ex accused me of parental alienation and Judge Stella Hargrove awarded him full custody of the kids. Without any notification, the cops came to my door and removed the kids from me. My ex was even allowed to take them across state lines from Tennessee to Texas!
Since then I have had some Skype and phone contact with my sons but since July 2015 my ex decreased contact and in September 2016 he cut off all contact. I share my story publicly to raise awareness about the plight of Protective Mothers and their kids. Last but not least: If God had intended for men to be the primary caretakers of children, he would have give them the ability to get pregnant and give birth.”
So what is a Protective Mother? A Protective Mother tries to protect her child or children from their abusive father by many means necessary, which is an uphill battle in today’s corrupt global Family Court system that thrives on paternal entitlement. Maternal Deprivation at the hands of abusive fathers has reached pandemic proportions! However, Protective Mothers worldwide are uniting to fight for the right to keep their children in what could be called a new Civil Rights movement.
Professional Fine Artist and College Professor Geerte Frenken is a Protective Mother fighting for her court-abducted daughter Jasmijn. She is the host of the CCN Live TV show HELL IS FOR CHILDREN about the global plight of Protective Mothers and their children that airs every Saturday at 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 Central European Time). Recordings of the shows are made available via youtube within a few days after each Live broadcast and are archived HERE as well.
