Protective Mother Christi MacLaren lost custody of her 5-year old daughter to her abusive ex, despite the fact that her ex admitted to a severe drug addiction to methamphetamine and cocaine and despite evidence of child molestation.
Christi states: “I had an on and off relationship with Sean. I ended up pregnant and I let him know. At first he said he wanted nothing to do with it. I moved away and started raising my daughter by myself. He moved closer to me and we tried to work things out but were unsuccessful in doing so. He started doing drugs again and he was homeless but nevertheless he requested unsupervised visitation.
During court proceedings Sean admitted to being severely addicted to methamphetamine and cocaine but Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Ronald D. Grensky ignored this fact and continued to allow unsupervised visitation. During the unsupervised visitation that followed inappropriate things happened that our daughter started disclosing about and her behavior upon return from these visits was changed in marked ways. CPS was notified but they did not do anything.
By the time our daughter was 5 years old she disclosed molestation. CPS got involved again and our daughter was placed in to child therapy. Department of Human Services (DHS) caseworker Cori McGovern accused me of causing mental harm to our daughter and pushed for Sean to get full custody. Even though these bogus charges against me were dropped my daughter was removed from me in October 2015 and placed in full custody of Sean. For a time I was on supervised visitation and since May 2016 we were supposed to be on a 50/50 parenting plan, but Sean has virtually blocked me from seeing our daughter.”
Christi is currently seeking help to at least enforce the parenting plan and continues to fight for her right to raise and protect her daughter.

This CCN Live TV Interview is scheduled for October 1st, 2016 @ 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 CET)
So what is a Protective Mother? A Protective Mother tries to protect her child or children from their abusive father by many means necessary, which is an uphill battle in today’s corrupt global Family Court system that thrives on paternal entitlement. Maternal Deprivation at the hands of abusive fathers has reached pandemic proportions! However, Protective Mothers worldwide are uniting to fight for the right to keep their children in what could be called a new Civil Rights movement.
Professional Fine Artist and College Professor Geerte Frenken is a Protective Mother fighting for her court-abducted daughter Jasmijn. She is the host of the CCN Live TV show HELL IS FOR CHILDREN about the global plight of Protective Mothers and their children that airs every Saturday at 3PM Eastern Time (21:00 Central European Time). Recordings of the shows are made available via youtube within a few days after each Live broadcast and are archived HERE as well.
